High density packaging equipment is the core equipment of electronic packaging industry.Its motion performance characteristics directly affect the development of electronic packaging industry and the quality of electronic packaging products.At present,high density packaging equipments mainly include high density wire bonders and high density wafer level flip-chip bonders.Technology of high density packaging equipment is a multi-disciplinary and comprehensive high-tech.Its main purpose is to meet both the needs of high speed and high precision packaging.The high speed and high precision motion control system,which directly affects the high speed and high precision of the whole equipment,is the core technology of high density packaging equipment.This paper focuses on design and implementation of fine tuning method of feed-forward control movement parameters for the high speed and high precision control system,according to motion performance optimization requirements of high density and high precision packaging equipment.Main research works are listed in this paper as follows:1.The research background and significance of high density and high precision packaging equipment are investigated,as well as the domestic and foreign research status.And combining the research and development needs of high speed and high precision motion control system of high density packaging equipment of our research group,the main research contents and methods of this paper are determined.2.The structure and working principle of the high speed and high precision motion control system are introduced.Motion performance of the high speed and high precision motion control system is analyzed.A method of optimizing motion control parameters by fine tuning is proposed by comparison and analysis of existing intelligent control methods in order to improve the motion performance of the system.The control law of how control parameters for fine tuning affect on the motion performance is obtained through experiments,and the fine tuning scheme is determined.3.According to the control law of how control parameters for fine tuning affect on the motion performance,the method of motion control parameter fine tuning based on fuzzy logic is designed.The design process includes selection of fuzzy variables,determination of the assignment table of fuzzy variables,establishment of fuzzy control rules,and establishment of fuzzy control tables.4.According to the principles of intelligent fine tuning,the fine tuning method based on fuzzy control is programmed and implemented.The implementation process includes analysis of the programming development environment and principle,and the development of each function module of the program.The functional modules include motion characteristic parameter acquisition and analysis module,fuzzy control module,motion performance curve real-time display module and program execution real time printing module.5.Aiming at the problem of practicability and high efficiency of the fine tuning method,the reliability of the fine tuning program is analyzed and demonstrated.The reliability tests include the experimental test under same initial value of the control parameters,the experimental test under different initial values of the control parameters,and the experimental test under different end conditions of fine tuning.
