In engineering practice,permanent magnet synchronous motors usually use traditional PI controllers.The PI controller is a linear controller and it is difficult to deal with complex nonlinear systems.The precision of the speed control by the PI controller has not met the requirements of certain fields.To solve this problem,this research project has designed and implemented a high-precision servo speed controller based on fuzzy control.The research purpose of this dissertation is to use advanced intelligent control algorithms to improve the traditional PI control algorithm,exert the advanced processing performance of the intelligent control algorithm,and improve the precision of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The research content of the dissertation mainly includes four parts: research,design,implementation and verification of servo speed controller.In the first part,firstly,through consulting a large number of documents,we understand the characteristics of many intelligent control algorithms and find out the current development and application of intelligent control algorithms.Combined with the specific conditions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the existing experimental conditions,fuzzy control is selected as the application algorithm of the thesis topic.Then we learned the theoretical knowledge of permanent magnet synchronous motor and studied the workflow of servo controller.After that,the fuzzy control algorithm was deeply studied,and a simulation model of the servo speed controller was built on MATLAB.After comparing with the PI controller under the same experimental conditions,the speed accuracy was compared to the map,and the servo speed was verified under ideal conditions.The theoretical feasibility of the controller.Provide theoretical protection for the later work.The second part designs the servo speed controller from the overall structure,detailed module,hardware and software.In the detailed module design,the methods and rules adopted by modules such as fuzzer,defuzzifier,fuzzy rule library and fuzzy inference engine are introduced in detail.The structure and function integrity of the servo speed controller are guaranteed.The third part is the realization of the speed controller.This part combs the control process of the servo speed controller and the overall workflow of the servo system.Implemented the servo speed controller code writing.The fourth part is the verification of the completed servo speed controller.In the same experimental environment,the traditional PI controller and the intelligent speed controller designed by the project were run separately.By comparing the steady speed accuracy plots in the cases of 1000(high speed)and 50(low speed),the superiority of the designed intelligent speed controller in improving the speed accuracy is verified.The goal of this research is to improve the accuracy of servo motor speed accuracy,and to design and implement a high-precision servo speed controller based on fuzzy control.For the application of intelligent control algorithm in engineering practice provides ideas and experimental experience.
