A Study On The Suffocation Tragedy Of Chongqing Large Tunnel In The Media Mirror Of The Dowry Capital

This article uses the content analysis method and the discourse analysis method to investigate the text of the capital media report on the suffocation tragedy of Chongqing big tunnel,exploring how the wartime news media used the news discourse to transmit their own demands,and probed into the wartime news writing.The specific sections of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1,introduction.On the basis of clarifying the research problems and related significance,it is found that the mass media,as the "intermediary" to contact the government and the public,has played a much unimportant role in the tragedy,which is rarely discussed by scholars,or vague after combing the relevant achievements.Therefore,this paper takes this point as a breakthrough to study the suffocation tragedy of Chongqing large tunnel,and introduces the research methods and research objects adopted in this paper.Chapter 2,background information.From the view of media ecology,this chapter analyzes the objective environment of Chongqing media in wartime,especially under the background of the big bombing,and presents the situation of the accompanying media from outside to inside,which provides the research background for the next step.From Chapter 3 to Chapter 5,it separately introduce the Kuomintang media,the Communist Party media and the centrist media construction Chongqing big tunnel suffocation tragedy.This paper interprets the discourse strategy of different position media from two aspects of content analysis and discourse analysis,and illustrates the discourse construction of the war capital media from the macro and micro angles.Chapter 6,ending point and discussion.The study found that the dowry media use the government dereliction of duty to legitimize their own claims and expand their discourse space with government action as a discourse opportunity.The centrist and Communist media raised the tragedy to the height of "national shame",deepened the trust crisis of the National Government,and tried to adjust the discourse space of the wartime news media;while the KMT media tried to rebuild the prestige of the National Government.However,the use of discourse strategies is not sufficient to achieve little effect.
