| Recently,with the growing number of reality TV shows which sell celebrities' private lives as consumers,the audience is gradually tired of the traditional parent-child reality TV show which is popular.When the programs became more homogenous,Mango TV produced “Baby's New Friends”,which took the life exchange experience of “the Star Grandpa and the ordinary Baby” as its content and discussed the connotation of the education of parents and children.It realized the combination of Slow TV mode and parent-child reality show,and tries to innovate and break through in the theme and form of parent-child reality show.In this paper,the model innovation of parent-child reality shows is studied by taking “Baby's New Friends” as a case study.First of all,this paper analyzes the characteristics of traditional parent-child reality shows,and the character settings of traditional parent-child reality shows through several programs,such as Metamorphosis and where Dad is going.The comparison highlights the innovation in character setting of the “Baby's New Friends” program,which provides the basis for the later research and analysis.Secondly,through the analysis of the design scheme and social background of “Baby's New Friends”,it presents the in-depth thinking of the program on the innovation of content;thirdly,through the content description,content editing,lens language,subtitle packaging and other aspects of the “Baby's New Friends” production features are analyzed.Finally,based on the previous contents,this paper summarizes the enlightenments of “Baby's New Friends” to the development of the reality TV programs in China,and the direction of innovation breakthrough,in order to provide some reference for the future reality TV programs innovation. |
