"Father Where To Go" In The Father Of The Image And The Concept Of Parent-child Changes

Dad, where are you going is a reality show which is created by Korea MBC TV show Fathers where should we go? This reality show reflects five superstar fathers bringing their own children and going to poor villages to live for three days and two nights. Fathers take care of their children during the whole day and they need to cooperate with their children to finish a series of tasks together. Since its premiere in 2013, the audiences’response was very strong and the audience rating remained high level.This paper regards the show Dad, where are you going as major research object. According to the deep analyses of fathers’figure, we can analysis the change of parent-child relationship notion. This thesis can be divided into five parts. The first chapter is mainly to introduce this kind of reality show and the program Dad, where are you going so that we can understand the problems and deficiencies among superstar and children reality shows in the view of communication, and I will put forward my own views among the basis of this background. In second chapter we will mainly analysis the specific program, including the program basic introduction, production background, the basic program form and performers composition analysis. In the third chapter we will analysis fathers’figure and the change of parent-child concept in Dad, where are you going. The forth chapter will introduce the audience analysis, including the composition of the audience, audience attitude towards superstar fathers and then discuss the influence on the concept of parent-child relationship. The fifth chapter mainly analysis the new type of fathers’image, compare the differences with the traditional father image and study the positive effect on the current Chinese family filial concept.
