At present,most of hospitals in China mainly rely on traditional detection methods(such as medical bacteria culture,serum testing,etc.)for the detection of infected bacteria.However,these detection methods have the disadvantages of long duration,tedious operation,and professional operators.Sometimes,it is necessary to rely on the long-term clinical experience of the doctors.These shortcomings will inevitably affect the diagnosis of the patients.It is possible that patients may miss the best period of treatment.In medicine,it has been known that certain diseases can be produced by certain metabolic gases.But gas detection can be realized by electronic nose through its core component sensor array.At the same time,with the advantages of simple operation,easy to carry,real-time detection and so on,electronic nose technology has attracted wide attention.This thesis relies on the electronic nose hardware system designed and developed independently,refers to the functional interfaces of other electronic nose software,and develops the medical intelligent electronic nose system software,which is used to detect the wound infection types of patients.And this software solves the problems of single function and inconvenient interface application in the existing electronic nose system software.The main work done in this thesis is as follows:The conception of the electronic nose technology,the background and significance of the research are summarized.Then,the thesis briefly introduces the hardware platform and the working principle of the medical intelligent electronic nose system,and points out the key technologies involved in the software of the medical intelligent electronic nose system.Finally,it is the core part of this thesis,that is,the requirement analysis,design and implementation of the software,which are segmented into the following several parts:(1)Interface design.According to the requirement analysis,the specific functions of the software and the principles and objectives of design of the medical intelligent electronic nose system are acquired.Finally,the interface design of the software is confirmed.(2)Process control and hardware control.In this thesis,modular design is used to divide the codes of the control hardware module.And according to the actual use of the hardware platform,multithreading technology is used to control the whole experiment process.(3)Design of functional modules.The functional modules of the medical intelligent electronic nose system software include communication module,database module,algorithm embedding module and so on.Communication module is used for normal communication of the software and hardware system through serial communication technology.The database module implements the design of data dictionary,and uses SQLite database and the XML technology to save data.The algorithm embedding module is embedded into the host computer software.It uses multithreading and events and delegate technology to realize the analysis on test samples and give the prediction results.(4)Software testing.The system software is tested through the black box testing.The result proves that the system software has achieved the expected goal,which not only can control the hardware platform accurately,but also can collect data accurately.
