The electronic nose is a kind of gas smell identification technology based on sensor,computer technology and the theory of pattern recognition.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,it increases that is the ability to identify qualitative and quantitative sample of electronic nose system combined with the new sensor technique.The electronic nose have lots of potential applications in many fields such as the food industry,medical diagnosis,environmental monitoring,agriculture,national security,fire warning and public security customs show.According to the design theory of gas sensors and the theory of virtual instrument,The electronic nose milk corruption degree detection system is based on the dynamic data acquisition and principal component,which can detect the degree of corruption milk.(1)The system is consists of a metal oxide gas sensor array,NI USB-6009 data acquisition card and portable computer and other hardware components.(2)The data acquisition software platform using access database toolkit(LABSQL)in LABVIEW environment is designed which is implemented to control the analog signal acquisition and real-time display,save or delete data.Under the environment of MATLAB,The data pre-processing procedure has designed according to the baseline processing,three the average filtering and data standardization,and pattern recognition algorithm of the system has designed based on the theory of principal component analysis.(3)The design of the detection system based on electronic nose technology is realized,and the experimental detection is carried out.The different level of corruption in the pure milk sample and yogurt samples(not corruption)were identified using this system.The results shows that the system can realize to the acquisition and control sampling process of data of card,achieve interpersonal interaction on the main control pane through the data acquisition software platform,and timely process and save the sampling data by adjusting the sampling parameters,the identification algorithm can complete the identification of different degree of corruption pure milk and distinguish the recognition task of pure milk and yogurt.
