With the continuous development of society,people's living standards have improved steadily,but because of the living environment of pollution and living pressure increases,people's health is not optimistic,therefore more and more people are very concerned about health issues.However,the traditional disease testing requires the implementation of professionals,the detection cycle is long,operation is complex,this can't adapt to the needs of rapid detection.Because in the medical research,people have known that certain diseases will have a specific metabolic gas production,electronic nose can be used as a diagnostic marker of the disease.With the continuous development of artificial olfactory technology in recent years,electronic nose system gradually appears in people's field of vision for its easy operation,low cost,portable and on-site real-time detection of the characteristics.The current electronic nose system has a single function,complex operation,simple interface problems,which cannot meet the needs of experimental personnel and greatly hindering the advance of the experiment.Therefore,according to the problem of existing electronic nose system,this paper designs and develops a rapid screening technology for medical intelligent electronic nose software system based on the laboratory-made electronic nose hardware system and C#.NET language.The system has the characteristics of stable operation,convenient use,rich function,beautiful interface and interactive humanization,which can greatly improve the speed of the experiment.The following aspects mainly been completed in this article:Firstly,the principle of electronic nose,the background and significance of the research are briefly described.At the same time,the development status of electronic nose is introduced.Then,according to the demand analysis of software system,the development of the system Technology,analysis and discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of various technical programs are introduced in this paper;then the focus of this article,that is,the core of the software system design and implementation of a detailed introduction,mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Interface design.According to the design principle and goal of the system,the interface design scheme of the system is determined.(2)Module design and implementation.Aiming at several core issues that need to be faced by the system,the solution is determined.According to the analysis of the system function and the experimental operation flow,the function of the system is divided into different modules,and the design idea and implementation code of each module are explained in detail.(3)Process control and hardware control.In this paper,modular design ideas and multi-threading technology are introduced in detail,and the details of modular design of each hardware control logic are introduced in detail.Then,according to the experimental flow,the main functions of acquisition control main thread and each sub-thread are planned.(4)Classification algorithm research.According to the response principle of gas sensor and the theory of gas isothermal adsorption,a simple sensor dynamic response model is deduced.The model can be approximated as Logistic type function.After the actual bacterial sample classification test,the results show that the model has a good classification performance.Finally,through a complete experimental test of the electronic nose system,it is shown that the software system meets the design requirements and can be applied to the actual experimental environment.
