In recent years,with the development of society,more and more terrorist incidents and dangerous incidents have taken place,and the demand for exterminating robots has also increased.Exhausting robots have more sensitive and accurate judgments than human beings in the process of expelling,and the use of expelling robots to expel explosions can also effectively avoid unnecessary personal injuries and deaths.Today's detonation environment is becoming more and more complex,the performance requirements of the robot is also getting higher and higher,especially in data acquisition.In this paper,the data acquisition system is applied to the background of the exterminating robot,and a design scheme of the data acquisition system based on the exterminating robot is proposed.There are mainly two types of data that need to be collected in the data acquisition system: the sensor data and the image data collected by the robot.Data acquisition system uses the combination of DSP and ARM as the main control module,DSP through its own external interface XINTF and ARM data transmission,ARM receives the data transmitted by the DSP and then generate motor control signals to control the behavior of the robot;DDR3 and FLASH as the main data storage module,which uses DDR3 large-capacity high-speed cache technology to meet the real-time data acquisition,and FLASH is mainly used for data backup,to avoid data loss;video data is mainly the use of power comparison Low CMOS industrial cameras for acquisition,the sensor data is mainly from the body of the robot ultrasonic sensor module.Data acquisition system is through the acquisition system Gigabit Ethernet interface to connect external wireless devices to communicate with the host data.Based on the proposal of design scheme of data acquisition system for explosive extraction robot,the hardware design work of main control module of DSP and ARM,DDR3 and FLASH module,video data receiving module,power module and some other peripheral circuits is completed first.Then,ARM has carried on the corresponding software programming,and has verified the function of the whole system through combining with the hardware platform.Finally,the ultrasonic sensor is measured by the specific beam Angle,and the collected data is tracked and processed.The ultrasonic sensor is combined with the camera to estimate the size of the object.
