This article is based on the perspective of tourists,the use of service design concepts,design and research on the touchpoint of the Manas global tourism brand,improve the Manas global tourism brand experience,promote its virtuous circle and achieve sustainable development.Through the literature review,field research,scenario analysis,system analysis and other methods,the current status of the Manas global tourism brand is analyzed,basic touchpoint frame and high-frequency touchpoint are derived,and if Manas is improved through the optimal design of touchpoint,Global tourism brand experience research.This article will introduce the service design concept into the Manas global tourism brand,analyze the aspects of the Manas global tourist brand stakeholders,traffic conditions,attraction factors,and visitors' expectations and experience,and use immersive observation,situation observation and survey questionnaires.The way to carry out on-the-spot investigations of the Manas Global Tourism Brands divides the tourist visits to the Manas Global Tourism Brand into three major phases,namely,the visits,visits,and visits to the tourists.Experience,touching points,pain points,problems and solutions,interactive behaviors,etc.were investigated.Based on the survey results,basic touchpoint frames and high frequency touchpoint in different stages were obtained.For five high-frequency touchpoint,five optimization design strategies were proposed: brand design system,user demand diversity,mobile phone APP interactivity,logo system readability,and traffic system inclusiveness.Selecting the tourist service center and the mobile phone APP,both of which have integrated functions for other touchpoint and practiced designing through the most frequently used touchpoint throughout each phase of the visit.To design the service system of the Manas Global Travel Brand Visitor Service Center,which mainly includes service elements and process analysis,service delivery system analysis,and service blueprint design,and evaluates and analyzes the service blueprint to find decision points,potential miss points,and waits.Point,put forward future service flow optimization strategy recommendations.Manas APP is designed to analyze the interaction process,build information architecture diagram,low-fidelity design,interface design,interaction design,describe the main functions,and use the storyboard to visit the front,middle,and back.The stage uses the process to demonstrate,through the feedback and the test draws the Manas APP to iterate the design proposal.Finally,the conclusions of the research are summarized.In the paper,there are some shortcomings such as the consideration of benefits,collection of information or omissions,and breadth of research,etc.The future improvement strategies are proposed,and the future research directions,priorities and possibilities of the research contents of this paper are prospected.
