The highly developed Information technology drives the development and reformation.In the environment of industry informatization, tourism industry’s development isdeveloped with particular swiftness and violence. The increasing of people’s individualrequirements has brought great impact on the traditional tourism industry who takes thetravel agency as the center. But the opportunity of developing and reformation also comes.Constructing new flow pattern that satisfy users’ individual requirement has become thekey problems of present development of software. An approach of service organizationsatisfying the individual requirement is urgent to be put forward which can make effectiveuse of existing Web service resource and dynamically and rapidly construct businessprocess. This paper mainly studies the model of tourism service community oriented toindividual business process and the service recommended algorithm based on thecommunity.Take account of the great advantage of ontology‘s support to semantic, the webservices in the study all use the form of ontology which supports semantic. The articleconstructs the ontology model of tourism domain and based it reforms the algorithm ofsimilarity matchmaking. Service matching model is put forward by adding and servicerelevance after that. Around the method of service similarity algorithm, the paper comes upwith the service clustering algorithm, which has greatly narrowed the space of servicesearching. Combination of cloud computing, the paper puts forward the clustering model.The model distributes the register work to child center which is also called cluster registercenter, which cluster center not also shares the pressure but also undertakes governingwork of the inner services. The cluster register center appears as needed and exists becauseof the services.For adjusting the need of constructing the individual tourism service business process,the paper proposes the model of tourism service community organization. The communitystands between the process management and cluster which sends the query of service andoffers service to composing process. Based on that, the paper designs both the cluster model’s selecting algorithm and community’s service recommended algorithm. Tourismservice community divides the services within the tourism domain into six modules andeach service is subordinate to one of the six. For matching up the organization of the innerservices, the study designs the interest model to save the request of users’. When user sendservice request, the interest model would exact and conclude the user’s historical selectionby the data mining algorithm in order to offer the proper resolution of service process.Above all, the main work of this paper contains the follow items. The first is thedefinition and express of tourism web service and the second is service registering center’sbuilding. The third is putting forward the similarity matching model and algorithm basedon ontology while the fourth is reformation and innovation of clustering algorithm,clustering model, clustering algorithm oriented tourism domain. The fifth is theconstruction of community and proposition of service recommended algorithm. The last isthe design and accomplishment of individual tourism service website.
