Research And Implementation Of Visual Report Component Based On Web

Web reporting has become an important part of work today,as Web systems increasingly dominate the management of various fields.The reporting tools on the domestic and foreign markets have now changed from a C/S model to a browser-based B/S model.Although there has been a great improvement in compatibility and versatility,there are still a series of problems such as complex operations,poor scalability.The paper firstly researches the research background of the report software and the development status at home and abroad.Based on the in-depth understanding of the application technology of the Web report component,this paper proposes a Web-based visual report component and its functional requirements and design goals.This establishes the system architecture of the report component.According to the system architecture of the report component,the functions of the report are designed and implemented mainly from three aspects of the report designer,data processor,and report generator,and a visualization-based charting component based on Web is implemented.The report component completes report design and data binding in a visual report design window,provides rich format control and convenient data binding mechanism,and generates a Web report based on HTML5 technology,Finally,realizes full automation of the Web report system or Semi-automated development.The function of the Web report component not only includes the interface presentation of the report combined with data,but also includes more complex functions such as the generation of the data filling interface,the automatic calculation of the front-end data formula,the data back-saving and the like.The development of this report component is based on the ASP.NET.The designer is embedded in Excel.It is easy to use,and the autonomy and security are greatly guaranteed.Finally,an application test was performed on the report component in an actual Web system,and the report fulfilled the functional requirements and design goals proposed by the paper.The Web-based visual report component presented in this paper implements the function of the report visual designer in Excel,and it satisfies the ease of use and versatility of the component to the greatest extent,and uses XML as the report description language,making the report component have good scalability and portability.The Web report component makes the design and use of the report more simple and convenient,and can effectively improve the work efficiency of the report operation in the electronic information management system.
