Research And Application Of Report Generating Technique

nowadays almost all of the programs that driven by data use the report system. But the traditional report development have heavy work-load, and maintain hardly. And the report faces so many challenges in flexible, useable, efficiency, and data consistency. Some of the system have low flexible, can't meet the need of the customers completely. And some of them are flexible enough, but the designing is so complicated and have less efficiency. The author try to design and develop a general report system, with the system the user can design, submit and release the reports easily.At first the author analyze the development and researching if the report system nowadays. And state the disadvantage and the advantage of the solutions. All of the works lay foundations for the next research working.The next author summarize the general implementations of report system. State all of the developing technology and methods, which are preparing for author's system development.The author's system almost meet the user's requests for a report system. The system have four components:table building module; table submitting module; table present module; table maintaining module. The table building module is used for some new report which not exist in database. the module convert the table structure and the data into database, it has great practicability. The submitting module gives interfaces for the user to submit batch data into database. The table present module present the data in the database, and let user analyze print and so on. In this module the author analyze the multi-source table and make improvement. The report maintaining module meet the user's needs to maintain the field of a table and the records.
