Gas-solid two-phase flow parameters including wind powder flow rate,concentration and mass flow rate,particle fineness,etc.The wind powder particle fineness is an important factor affecting industrial production,the safety of the production process,high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and the quality of the products is of great significance.At present,most industrial sites use the method of sieve analysis and sedimentation method to obtain the fineness of wind powder particles.For the demand for real-time online measurement of wind powder fineness,this paper puts forward a method for measuring the fineness of wind powder based on electrostatic sensor.This paper analyzes the principle of electrostatic sensor acquisition signal,has carried on the theoretical analysis of the measuring methods of wind powder fineness,completed the platform building,sensor selection and explore rule and algorithm design to the hardware and software implementation.(1)According to the structure and function of a typical pneumatic transmission system,an experimental platform was set up in the laboratory to simulate the movement process of apoplexy powder particles in the pneumatic transmission system.A suitable electrostatic sensor was selected to extract the electrostatic signal from the powder,and the software design of the measuring system for the fineness of the powder was completed.(2)The influence of fineness on signal is analyzed from two aspects of signal energy and power spectrum.Sand is used as experimental material,the energy and power spectral density function of electrostatic signal are verified on the experimental platform.(3)Electrostatic signals were obtained through the experiment of energy and power spectrum density function changes to the size of the powder fineness,with wind velocity data,use polynomial curve fitting and curved surface interpolation method for data processing,get the energy of the electrostatic signal and wind powder fineness and the function relationship between the flow velocity,and the power spectral density function and wind powder fineness and the function relationship between the flow velocity.(4)The fineness measurement algorithm of wind powder is designed and the software implementation of the algorithm is completed.The experimental results show that the measurement method of wind powder fineness based on electrostatic sensor is feasible and can reach certain indexes in laboratory environment.
