As the mobile intelligent technology is rapidly developing,the oil industry is also facing a great upgrade of technology.Combined with mobile equipments,network technology and database technology,the rod pumping system can be used to simulate the working conditions under the ground,and on the basis of this,fault diagnosis and output estimation are carried out,which can improve the pumping efficiency.It is very important to reduce the cost of mechanical oil production and to increase oil well production.In this paper,the most popular Android operating system is used to develop an App for Android mobile devices.The main contents are as follows:According to the actual situation,software feasibility needs to be analyzed.The overall framework of the software needs to be designed,and at the same time,we must determined the functions implemented by the software.Developing data acquisition module.Firstly,a network database was created.the oil well data will be collected into the server.By using the Internet,the developed software can get data from the server.Developing module of indicator diagram of pump working.By getting the server' data,we can draw the indicator diagram of hanging-point.The stress model of compound rod string of directional well is established,and this model is solved.The displacement and load of the pump can be obtained by solving the dynamic equation of sucker rod string by using the differential grid method.Developing module of fault diagnosis.After getting the indicator diagram of pump working and making next step analysis,the indicator diagram of pump working is transformed into the characteristic matrix by using the grid method.The eigenvector of the characteristic matrix is extracted.The fault can be determined by comparing the characteristic vectors of the indicator diagram of pump working to that of indicator diagram of fault pump working.Developing module of production prediction.After getting the indicator diagram of pump working and making next step analysis,the opening and closing point of the valve can be determined by finding the point of maximum curvature change in the high and low load section,which can be calculated the effective stroke of the plunger,and be estimated finally the daily liquid production of the well.The traditional data acquisition and analysis of oilfield industry are carried out on the host computer,which is bound to limit the labor space of the staff and is not suitable for flexible operation on the factory.The popularity of Android systems and mobile devices provides a new way to solve this problem.
