With the further development of online audio and self media on the Internet,audio self media,as a combination of traditional broadcasting and network interactive transmission technology,is rapidly entering thousands of families with new forms and ideas.In this process,a large number of User-Generated-Content based on interest and interest fully bring into play the characteristics of Internet opening and sharing,which widens the diversity of the industry.This new phenomenon and new phenomenon with good development trend is worth our finding and studying.Using the methods of questionnaire and case study,this paper uses several well-known users,such as "Great Magic K ing Da Fei" to produce content audio self media as the research object,combined with my own experiences in creating and operating "Yiting Radio",drawing on the related theories of "5W" and user behavior analysis,by summarizing the predecessors' phase.The result of the research is to explain the current situation of user generated content class audio self media,and further analyze the existing problems in the operation process,so as to put forward a feasible operation strategy.This paper makes an analysis of the audio self media,User-Generated-Content and operation strategy from the co ncept,development channel and characteristics.In the long term observation of specific cases,it summarizes the development law and the influencing factors,and makes multi angle analysis from the operation subject,content,object,channel and other aspects.Through the research,it is found that the user generated content class audio self media needs to be "tailored" with its own characteristics in the aspects of main operation,content making and channel selection because of its low professional training and emphasis on individuality and creativity.In view of the existing problems of unclear development target,content interaction and lack of channel pertinence,this paper proposes to make use of competitive advantage to clarify development goals;to improve content quality and interaction by establishing a system;a targeted selection of development channels to enhance the sense of participation of operating objects.We should give full play to the role of the Internet social media and optimize the way of cooperation.
