Binocular sighting technology has been used to realize measurement and tracking in high precision and large distance without exposing itself.It has been used in military and aerospace fields widely.In this thesis,an optical and mechanical structure was designed for a large distance binocular sighting system.A two-stage telescope lens tube was designed based on the analysis of the optical system,and in order to ensure the high optical axis consistency of the two optical system,a pitching and horizontal micro-structures are designed to make the two telescope objective can realize ±2° pitching angle adjustment and ±2.5° horizontal angle adjustment.Furthermore,the modal analysis of the structure model using ANSYS Workbench shows that the first-order frequency is 381.5Hz,the stability is good.Finally,a method of double optical axis parallelism is proposed by using laser autocollimator and high precision rotary table,and there is a test which used the laser autocollimator with 0.15? as the standard.The test result shows this method can measure the optical axis parallelism including the large distance binocular targeting system designed in this thesis,and the measurement error is less than 3.46?.
