Research On Financing Strategy Selection Of Cultural Media Industry

Cultural media industry is an important part of our national economy.In order to develop the cultural media industry into a national pillar industry,our government has carried out a series of industrial support policies.However,the particularity of cultural media industry in financing has been restricting its development speed and process,as a result,the attention of scholars both at home and abroad of cultural media industry financing problem is becoming more and more serious.Combining with the existing literature,on the basis of industry development present situation,proposed the cultural media industry problems in financing strategy choice,combined with the enterprise life cycle theory,pecking order theory,control theory,this paper select China's cultural media industry leading enterprises-Huayi Brothers Media Corporation(hereinafter referred to as "Huayi Brothers")as typical case study.Huayi Brothers chose the appropriate financing strategy in the different development phase,make the enterprise value has been greatly ascend.Therefore,the selection of Huayi Brothers' financing strategy is of great reference value to the whole culture media industry.Combined with related theory and the typical case study of cultural media industry financing problems,an in-depth cultural media industry in different stages of development financing needs,financing strategy and the financing effect,culture media for guidance in different stage of development enterprise to choose the appropriate financing strategy also has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of Huayi Brothers financing strategy and financial effect,this paper summarizes its financing strategy choice of experience and enlightenment,and the cultural media industry financing strategy choice problem puts forward some suggestions: Firstly,accurate forecasting enterprise life cycle and financing needs;Secondly,choose the appropriate financing method according to the industry background and its own development characteristics;Thirdly,expand the intangible assets guarantee financing new path;Fourthly,avoid policy risks and promote enterprise development with the help of policies;Fifthly,establish the concept of benign financing,and reject capital first;Finally,master enterprise control and cultivate core competitiveness.
