With the development of industrialization,the structure of large-scale equipment is more and more complex,and it's difficult to make trainees have intuitive understanding of the structure of the equipment by the traditional training mode as well.At the same time,with the weapons and equipment upgrading faster and faster,training efficiency of the traditional maintenance training mode,which greatly dependent on the prototype machine,is gradually unable to match the actual need.Besides,due to the complex structure of equipment and the increased number of parts,the maintenance process now requires team coordination,maintenance training is also put forward the related demand.In recent years,with the rapid development of 3D computer image technology and the great leap forward development of virtual reality technology,virtual maintenance technology gradually replaced the traditional maintenance training mode,it has become the main method of maintenance training in various fields and industries.This system is based on study and analysis of common equipment maintenance training system,combined with the specific needs of users,designed and implemented a virtual collaborative maintenance training platform.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the client part of the system.This paper mainly uses the modeling technology in computer graphics,uses Delta3 D engine as the scene simulation and equipment simulation platform,uses Microsoft Visual Studio and Qt to program the design and implementation parts of the client.This client includes the loading function of equipment and parts model,also include the fault information loading function.Besides,the mainly part of this client is the testing and dismantling function of equipment parts,and collaborative maintenance function between the users.Also has the basic operation function and server communication function.The system has been designed,implemented and tested,which meets the needs of the virtual collaborative maintenance training proposed by users,and can provide the equipment maintenance training according to the maintenance training files on servers.By using this system,can enhance the trainees' maintenance skills quickly,improve trainees' coordination ability,and effectively reduce the cost of maintenance training.
