At present,with the "Internet plus","industrial 4" concept,information technology,computer technology,automation technology has attracted more and more attention to enterprise managers.The development of human resources will bring strong impetus to the development of enterprises.However,many enterprises are still in a lack of systematic stage in the training of talents,and the breakthrough point of changing the status quo is to design a reasonable and integrated management process with information technology.This paper investigates the training status of Y Company,analyzes the process of training management and its characteristics,and determines the key point of information implementation.On the basis of these investigations,the researchers are gradually training the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the management system.Based on the overall design of the training management system,the researchers realized the coding of the system on the basis of the SSH system framework.This paper mainly lists the key algorithms and coding ideas,and emphasizes the realization of the automatic classification function of the curriculum.Through the system coding process,the function of the system requirement phase is basically realized.The on-line training management system will largely help Y company straighten out the "work and learning conflict" that has long plagued the company.Improve the efficiency of training management,at the same time,with the accumulation of valuable data,the automation and intellectualization of the system will continue to improve,to a great extent,to reduce the pressure of the training managers.
