Design And Implementation Of Data Visualization System For Scientific And Technological Innovation

With the change of scale and data association of technological innovation data,traditional data visualization system has been unable to satisfy large-scale data visualization and complex relational query.The "big data technology innovation service platform construction","science and technology standardization of data processing and application system development" two project as the background,through the analysis of the characteristics of data science and technology innovation,establishing a visual representation of abstract polyhedron model and information data model,so as to realize the scalability and reusability of the visualization system,and starting from the the innovation of science and technology data characteristics,realize the innovation of science and technology for data visualization algorithm.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Design and implement a variety of data source importBy defining two data source analysis interfaces of database type and file type,data analysis and data import of mainstream database and common format files can be realized.At the same time,it is convenient to carry out two development to realize the extensibility of data source import.(2)Design and implement data visualization extensibilityBy building the visual abstract model STUIMD(scientific data user interface mode),this model divides data visualization into three components: visual component(VCMD),data component(DMD),and mapping part of data and visual component(VDMD).The data visualization function is achieved through configuring the three models,and at the same time,different visualization methods can be configured according to users' wishes,so as to realize the extensibility of data visualization.User friendly visualization display scheme according to different data.(3)A visualization model of information polyhedronThrough the establishment of STMFA(scientific data for multi-facet analisis)information polyhedral model,to achieve the establishment of data model of science and technology information polyhedron data,and user history model,through a combination of information visualization and data polyhedra abstract model to achieve the information visualization and polyhedral user history of repeated use function.(4)Realization of hierarchical data and network data visualizationThrough the analysis of the characteristics of scientific and technological data,it mainly includes two kinds of hierarchical data and network data.On this basis,the nested circle visualization of the hierarchical data and the visualization of the fish eye moment diagram of the network data are visualized.In the end,the shortcomings of the system and the prospect of the follow-up visualization are analyzed.
