With the rapid development of technology, multi-dimensional complex data increase in business, science, engineering and other fields, the mass and complex data is not only boring but also difficult to understand. People need new technology to make it more intuitive and effective. For this reason, visualization have received wide development since1987, more and more specific technologies have been produced. Those technologies have different characteristics of form, applicable targets, and implementation mechanisms. How to evaluate a specific technology scientifically becomes an important role of developing new technology.This paper build a measurement model for Circle Segments visualization technique by researching the Circle Segments visualization techniques, then implemented the measurement model with Microsoft Visual Studio. The main research work focus on the following aspects:1. Many typical existing visualization techniques are introduced. The principle, scope, advantages and disadvantages of various visualization techniques are comprehensively compared and discussed. We expounded related content of visualization evaluation methods, and we discussed a brief analysis of the inadequacies of the existing visualization methods measure.2. Many features of Circle Segments visualization technique have been analysed, and many factors that could affect its visual effects have been summarized. Some quotas have been selected from different angles, and the weights of each quota have been determined by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And CSVM measurement model have been established. We verified CSVM model by various UCI datasets, and the results illustrate the effectiveness of the model in the evaluation of Circle Segments visualization technique.3. An evaluation system for Circle Segments is designed and implement visualization based on CSVM model, including Circle Segments visualization module, quantitative evaluation module and the CSVM correctness verification module.
