Research On The Construction Of Archives Security System In Dalian

The national archives security construction conference was held in May 2010,which greatly promoted the construction of the archives security system?In the past ten years,the national archives has issued nearly 20 notices for the security of archives,which are related to the security of archives,post-disaster archival protection,archival fire prevention,management of archives and archival catalog data,and key archives rescue.However,in the process of archival management,many archives management departments still have loopholes and security risks in the security management of archives,and the loss,destruction and leak of archives are still frequent.Especially with the development of information technology,the internal and external environment of archives security become more complicated.It is urgent to establish a security system for archival security because of the development of information technology that brings about the problem of file security management.This paper mainly studies the archives security system of Dalian by means of literature research,case analysis and in-depth interview.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status of the construction of the archives security system of dalian.Secondly,through the analysis of the security conditions,technical guarantee conditions,safety regulations,and the management of safety organizations,finding that there are the following problems in the construction of the archives security system : archives management hardware is difficult to adapt to work needs,archives security risk management is not complete and control measures are not done well,electronic archives safety management level is backwad.The file security management system needs to be improved,and it is found that lack of funds,poor security awareness of file managers and defects in the file security work mechanism are the main causes of problems.Finally,this paper proposes relevant suggestions from five aspects which are improvement of the storage environment and conditions,establishing and improving the file security working mechanism,strengthening funding and technical input for the security of archives,strengthening the establishment and improvement of the rules and regulations on archives safety,strengthening the security of archivists education and professional skills training?...
