Design And Implementation Of Finance System In State Grid Yingkou Electric Power Company

Finance system is a core part of system management.A safe and functional finance system will be helpful for financial affairs,salary checking,assets management and even company's development.Most companies have their own finance systems,which are highly customized.With this system,a company can process financial affairs and manage careers more effectively.The present finance system of our company is not so helpful to process the financial affairs,so it is important to develop a new and functional finance system.In this paper,we first introduce the background and meaning of finance system.Next,we introduce the similar works.The development tools and technology are introduced before the demand analysis.When analyzing the demands of finance system,we take use case to model the demands.When processing demand analysis,we separate the system into 5 parts,which are with their own functions.Finance management module is used to process the normal issues.Salary module is used to manage the careers' salaries.Statement analysis module is used to generate statements.Asset management module is used to check the assets and accounts.User management module is used to maintain the users' information.In the system design part,we confirm the physical and logical structure of system,and use E-R chart to model and build the database structure.When developing,we follow MVC framework and use Java to generate the system.When finishing the development,we make up test cases to check the system.The system testing result shows our system has good performance.
