The Design And Implementation Of Financial Leasing System Of A Finance Company

With the development of economy,financial leasing has more and more importantrole in economic development,and it is a new vast scene industry.Developmentfinanical leasing make for pay economic leverage,pull investment demand,speedenterprise technology progress,and promote industrial structure adjustment.How touse advanced technology,with a low cost and a relatively short period of time todevelop financial leasing system to satisfy business management needs of financecompany, it has become a financial leasing management domain new topic.Taking a financial leasing as the research object,contraposing the financial leasingbusiness demand of a finance company,this paper designs a financial leasingsystem,puts forward a J2EE multilayer system structure basing on the MVCpattern,and then major researches the specific application of J2EE structure indesigning and realizing a financial leasing system,and introduce the J2EE platform ofcommonly used technology and development mode.The system usesStruts,Spring,Hibernate framework of relevant theories and methods,and designingapplication architecture from the presentation layer,the business layer,the persistencelayer,etc.The main work of this article as follows:describing the system design andrealization of the key technology in detail;analyzing business requirements indetail;confirming the functional requirements and performance requirements;constructing the main framework and functional framework;determining the systemframework,the logic structure,software system structure and system securitystrategy;analyzing Struts and Spring how to integration,Spring and Hibernate how tointegration; determining system package structure; analyzing the presentationlayer,the business layer and the persistence layer how to design;realizing core functionof system,such as authority control, business survey management,rents calculation and soon.The goal of this paper that final research is to achieve a financial leasing systemaccording with a finance company,and it provide an example for informatizationsolutions.By means of implementing the financial leasing system,this financecompany achieves good results,improves their business efficiency,and significanteconomic benefits.Meanwhile the system also provides data support for financialleasing business development and the related decision making.
