The Design Of Radio And Television Intelligent Monitoring System For Earth Station

As the most important part of the radio and television transmission link,the satellite earth station is responsible for signal processing and transmission.In the process of radio and television broadcasting,interference,interruption,bad weather,and equipment abnormality are often encountered that can affect the normal broadcasting of the program,and would cause serious consequences.The radio and television intelligent monitoring system for the earth station is aimed at monitoring the abnormal occurrence during the transmission by actively monitoring,analyzing,and processing the index of different transmission nodes.It integrates functions such as radio and television program monitoring,alarm data collection and extraction,intelligent logic alarm,intelligent voice alarm,intelligent system management among other functions,which would effective help the operators discover abnormal state in time,shorten disposal time,and improve duty efficiency.This paper studies the transmission link and equipment of the satellite earthstation uplink system,analyzes the functions of the video and audio signal acquisition and monitoring of the earth station radio and television programs,selects the appropriate collection point for signal acquisition,uses professional system software to create relevant data,and makes reasonable configuration for the content and data obtained,in order to achieve the related functions.The theoretical part of this paper mainly includes the transmission link and the equipment of the satellite earth station uplink system,the principle,technical basis,and hardware selection of the radio and television intelligent monitoring system,as well as the importance of the safety broadcasting of the earth station;The practical part of the research includes the design,the parameter configuration,and the functional implementation of the radio and television intelligent monitoring system.This paper is inspired from specific needs of the day-to-day work in the station,and develops the concept of radio and television intelligent monitoring system,to support the operators to monitor uplink programs to achieve “timely discovery,rapid investigation,and effective disposal”,when abnormal appears.This would help improve the stability and reliability of the radio and television programs.
