A Study On The Morality Of Moral Anomie In China's Webcast And Its Normative Strategies

With the help of capital,webcast in 2016 ushered in a "blowout",which became not only a popular form of media,but also a way of life and even a social scene of phenomena.The webcast type is diverse,the terminal of webcast is mobile,the using of AI and VR technology is popular.Webcast is going into the life and dissemination of citizens rapidly.However,with the popularity of webcast,a large number of ethical irregularities arise.In the dissemination of the content of violence,pornography,garbage,false information widespread.On the means of dissemination,it is shown as a bottomless line spoof and hype.The dissemination orientations are vulgar,utilitarian,commercialize and entertainment.The emergence of these problems causes the whole style of the webcast industry low,brings bad social demonstration,and dispels the traditional moral and ethical culture.In the face of these problems,the National regulatory policy has been continuously tightened in recent years,but the problem of ethical misconduct has improved,but it still exists,and the irregularities have become more covert.Based on this,This paper tries to make a comprehensive and objective observation and reflection on the phenomenon of webcast from the angle of communication and sociology.Analyze the production and development of webcast,explore the interrelation between Webcast and social morality,study the moral construction and deconstructing function of webcast,This paper analyzes the problem and cause of moral deviance of webcast,and explores the effective strategy of regulating moral deviance of webcast.In order to enrich the research angle of the network live broadcasting,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions for the continuous healthy development of the network live broadcasting industry.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter discusses the background of the study on moral deviance of webcast in China,explains the theoretical and practical significance of the study,combs out the present research situation,and introduces the research methods,difficulties and innovations adopted in the thesis.The second chapter analyzes the emergence and development of webcast,explores the relationship between webcast and social morality,and analyzes the moral construction and deconstructing function of webcast.The third Chapter summarizes and analyses the moral irregularities in live webcast,including the spread of obscene and pornographic content,the proliferation of false information,the violation of personal rights,the extreme violence of live broadcasting language,the serious homogenization,the vicious competition,and the falsification of data.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of moral irregularities in live webcast from the social,communicator,media,audience and network environment.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the strategy of regulating moral deviance from the angle of law,morality,administration,technology and self-discipline.The sixth chapter summarizes the thesis,puts forward the deficiency and prospect.
