With the development of wireless communication technologies,wireless transmission of video applications has become more and more widespread.Video transmission generally requires large bandwidth resources and has stricter requirements on end-to-end transmission delay and transmission quality.Given the limited bandwidth resources and channel fluctuations of wireless networks,it cannot provide users with stable,real-time,smooth,and high quality streaming service.Based on the analysis of streaming media transmission technology,this paper proposes an adaptive decision-making technology for streaming media transmission based on network evaluation for the time-varying and jitter characteristics of wireless networks.The technology monitors the network transmission related indicators through the wireless network to evaluate the network transmission conditions,and automatically matches different video transmission quality according to the evaluation results to provide real-time,smooth,high-quality video.This article analyzes in depth the network channel monitoring technology and transmission rate control technology.Through testing and analyzing the relevant indicators of current wireless streaming media transmission,it finds problems in the current streaming media transmission;it divides the coding parameters of different video quality and optimizes the video code.Rate dynamic switching method;optimized network monitoring algorithm,optimized transmission delay correction algorithm and smoothing algorithm for packet loss rate,proposed a weighted network evaluation algorithm for delay and packet loss rate,and proposed a network-based evaluation Adaptive decision-making mechanism.Based on the above research,this paper designs a streaming media adaptive transmission system based on network evaluation,and builds a mobile IP terminal video call system on the visual speech dispatching platform,and tests its main functions and related indicators.The test results show that the number of screens in the video transmission in the system is significantly reduced,the duration of the Caton is effectively reduced,and the average bit rate of the video transmission is effectively increased,and the expected target is achieved.
