Design And Implementation Of Management System For Guangzhou Bank

In recent years,China's economy has been increasing steadily,and it has become more and more open to the outside world.Many foreign banks are developing branches in China,which results in the fierce competition of banks and increasingly fierce competition.For banks,the problem that needs to be solved in the competition is how to reduce the loss rate of large customers and attract new customers.Therefore,in the operation of banks,corresponding measures should be taken to maintain the communication between large customers and banks,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the loyalty of large customers.Otherwise,large customers will easily be lost,instead of using the same type of bank products.In order to solve this problem,the bank management decides to build a large customer management system,which can improve the management level of the large bank customers.To change the bank's customer management model developed in this paper,the bank customer management system,the system uses J2 EE platform for development,and through the SQL Server2012 data store customer information,but also the use of data mining technology for mining large customer data rules.The major customer management system includes the functions of big customer management,key account maintenance,complaint management and security protection.After the requirement is determined,the outline design and detailed design are completed,and the detailed design of the module is completed by using flow chart.In the design phase,the application of Apriori algorithm in key account maintenance business is explained.First,the shortcomings of the traditional Apriori algorithm are analyzed and improved,and on this basis,it is applied to the key account management business.According to the design plan,we have completed the development of the key account management system,and integrated it to form a running system.Then we carried out functional test and performance test on the system,and solved the problem of discovery,so that the key customer management system met the deployment requirements.The establishment of the key account management system has been applied to the bank.The system has effectively improved the management level of the large customers and reduced the loss rate of the large customers.This is very important for improving the competitiveness of banks and the level of bank profits.
