Employment training as a public employment service system and the important pillar, isto improve laborer quality, change the concept of laborer obtain employment importantchannel. Employment training before employment training work,has the important status andthe function. This article unifies the Jiangmen City Labor and employment training center isactual,research and development of the training management system,hope to be able to assisttraining center management training business, to a certain extent so as to improve the workefficiency of training center.This article mainly introduced the Jiangmen City Labor and employment training centertraining management information system design and implementation of the whole process ofsoftware implementation. Combined with software project management theory, through thedevelopment of project development plan and quality management to the management ofproject implementation process. In order to ensure a successful software development andsolution for subsequent maintenance problems，we introduce the software engineering and theUML modeling，through the UML model to describe the demand analysis and system design.At the same time we also strengthened the ADO technology and SMS cat technology research,selection of two layers structure of C/S system, SQL Server2008database as the data support,with Microsoft Visual C++6as a development platform. The system has been officially putinto use， the whole system from the simple， friendly interface, flexible and practical, safetyrequirements,completed the student from enrollment to examine the whole processsupervision and management. To achieve the desired objective, users have been affirmed,fully embodies the applicability, reliability. On the design of the system is introduced into thedesign of SMS platform, convenient to communicate with students, the training in themanagement of the information is first introduced. System development for other trainingmanagement information system design and development has a certain referentialsignificance.
