The management level and service quality of enterprise canteens are not only related to the employees' dinning issue,but also to the health and work efficiency of employees.Therefore,the management and service of the canteen are very important.At present,the small and medium enterprise canteens mostly use “experienced food pairing +ordering at canteen”.The canteen staff prepare the food based on experience and offer the employee to make orders.However,problems arise in above progress: First,personalized ordering requirement can't be provided.The number of employees eating at canteen changes because the prepared food cannot satisfy different taste so they may choose to take out or bring food on their own,which causes waste or food shortages.Second,the canteen has a low efficiency at the peak of the meal.Users will need to order on site,then take food inefficiency and stand in a long queue.Third,errors occur financial accounting because the fees is calculated casually.In addition,it's difficult to purchase food accurately on quantity and leads to troubles in canteen operation.In view of the above problems,this thesis conduct research on the enterprise canteen management and provides some practical suggestions..This thesis provides employees solutions of personalized ordering requirement.In order to solve the problem about employees' unreasonable dietary structure,this thesis proposes a optimization method of multi-objective dietary nutrition decision-making based on GA_PSO algorithm,and establishes the optimal model of dietary decision-making which was based on a multi-objective nutrition of energy,protein,fat,calcium and iron,then uses the GA_PSO algorithm to optimize the model and has the dietary nutrition decision-making experiment by MATLAB,which proves that the method could improve the best dietary nutrition structure and provide a new method of optimize dietary structure to users.Finally,the algorithm will be applied to WeChat ordering platform to provide dietary guidance for users.For the problems of low ordering efficiency,irregularly financial accounting and unable to purchase on demand,this thesis designs and realizes ordering system for enterprise canteen.The system mainly includes WeChat ordering platform for users,background management system and card reader of canteen,the WeChat ordering platform and background management system are designed with Visual Studio 2013,with the ASP.NET MVC framework and SQL Server 2008 database;the card reader of canteen is designed with AVR MCU technology.In order to solve the problems of food waste or food shortage and unable to purchase on demand,this thesis achieves the aim of Material Demand Planning for food production,which obtains the purchase list and menu according to the users' orders,then the canteen can purchase and prepare food by weight.Employees use WeChat ordering platform to order within the stipulated time,the background management system gains order information after the ordering,then dining staff purchase food and prepare the meals according to demands.
