With the development of computer technology, the mobile Internet has penetrated into people’s daily life. In our daily life, everywhere is the mobile Internet which greatly changed people’s living habits. But life in the daily campus, campus dining hall is still in the traditional mode of operation. The canteen operators buy food and cooking meals according to experience. The disadvantage of this approach is the prediction of total daily all kinds of food cannot accurately in order to carry out rational procurement, because every day the number of eating may have occurred great changes, and also waiting in the line and pay for the food make it bad for our customer. Based on the above issues, a better solution is creating system which is The Design and Implementation of Procurement System for Collective Canteen based on Network Payment and Mobile Client.The system mainly includes there parts: 1) mobile ordering client, mainly booking food through mobile client; 2) purchase management system, mainly putting on the shelf management, canteen food design and the statistics of sales system and the order management and so on; 3) dispatching food client, mainly dispatching food to customers.Then, this paper gives the detailed design and implementation of mobile client, including functional requirements, architecture design, system implementation and system testing; and for the background service management system, according to the system require and client interface requirements of the corresponding, gives the database design, management system, design of system architecture and implementation.Among them, the Interaction between the two systems is through the definition of the corresponding interface and the same data structure. Background service management system using SSH server framework, the realization of the security of the database and fast access, and improve the system response by using cache and thread pool technology. The client uses asynchronous data loading technology and Android system and original widget and original database framework DHibernate.At last, shows the results of the test of the development of the system, and some ideas and suggestions on system which improve the system in the future.
