Design And Implementation Of Non-tax Income Collection Management System For NanJing

Non tax revenue accounted for a large proportion in government revenue,it contains many types,such as administrative fees,confiscation of income,lottery and state-owned capital operating income,the more units of non tax revenue involved,complex process,lead management confusion.In order to change the current situation.and realize the unified management,the financial department decides to introduce the non tax revenue collection management system.In view of the low efficiency of the non tax revenue collection in the financial sector,a management system for the collection of non tax revenue is proposed.First,the system needs are analyzed,and the functional requirements of the system are modeled by using the UML use case diagram.Secondly,the function module of the system is designed by object oriented technology.It consists of bill management,invoice management,report management,basic data management and system management.Then the detailed design of each module in the system of non tax revenue collection management system is completed by the time sequence diagram.Secondly,the structure of the system database table is designed.Then based on the J2EE platform to complete the development of the non tax revenue management system,in this process,the realization of data batch add using the JXL plug-in technology,then set the data protection mechanism to protect the system data,and the use of encryption technology to realize the protection of key data in the system.Finally,the non tax revenue collection management system has been tested.The results show that the non tax revenue collection management system has reached the application requirements and can be deployed.At present,the collection and management system of the non tax revenue has been put into operation.After trial operation,it can effectively raise the collection level of the non tax revenue of the Finance Department of Nanjing,and achieves the purpose of design.
