The Design And Implementation Of MOOC Mode Mobile Learning Platform Of Municipal RTVU

The development of information technology has not only brought about continuous transformation in the Internet and the computer industry,but also made great changes in the traditional educational model.The traditional teaching mode and learning style begin to gradually fail to meet the growing demand for learning.In recent years,domestic MOOC platforms have also been mushroomed on the line,and has been supported by domestic learners.With the development of mobile technology and equipment,mobile learning has gradually become an important form for people to expand their knowledge base.MOOC has become a good knowledge carrier through the participation of various universities.This flexible and open learning form,combined with mobile technology,will come into being a learning form without the limitation of space time and spot.At present,in terms of scale,in the domestic adult distance education system,the National Open University system is second to none.As the representative of the grass-roots Open University,the city level TV university,can provide high quality distance education services for adult students in the city.Because that the schools in the open university system have their special learning system,it is not completely feasible to replicating the MOOC mode all over.Therefore,it is possible to consider a learning form similar to the MOOC model in the city level TV University.With the development of mobile network technology,mobile learning is more suitable for TVU adult students to carry out fragmented learning in their spare time.This thesis first discusses the theoretical basis of MOOC and mobile learning through literature analysis,and analyzes the learning characteristics of the Open University.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant theoretical concepts,this thesis discusses the mobile learning of the MOOC mode in the city level TV University,and studies the corresponding feasibility conclusions.Aiming at the learning mode of city level TV university,we have actively integrated resources,and worked out a practical program development plan,that is,developing MOOC learning platform of city level TV university in the environment of Idea + Golang + MySQL.Combined with the needs of software development,this thesis introduces related development tools,platform system architecture and related functional modules.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of MOOC learning and mobile learning through the study of existing research results,analyzes the feasibility of learning MOOC mode in city TV University,develops and completes the main functional modules of the city level mobile learning platform based on MOOC mode.Furthermore,it performs functional debugging and database testing according to the use requirements,so that the learning platform can meet the requirements of the design and the user.
