Bridges play an important role in the transportation corridors.Cracks in bridges and bridges are one of the earliest signs of structural damage to the bridge and deterioration of the concrete structure.They need to be detected and repaired in time.The use of image processing technology to detect bridge cracks is a more effective method than the traditional manual inspection.In our country,due to the late development of the digital image processing technology for bridge crack detection,there is not a mature product that can be put into engineering application at present.Therefore,the bridge crack detection technology is still a great research value,and with the need for further study.In this paper,the digital image processing method is used to study the steps in the entire process of bridge crack image processing in turn.The main work of this paper is:(1)The overall design of bridge crack image acquisition system is expounded,and the precision of image acquisition system is analyzed theoretically.The main components of the system are discussed,such as the requirements of camera and PTZ.(2)For the preprocessing process in image processing,this paper discusses the three steps of image grayscale,image filtering and image enhancement in image preprocessing respectively according to the characteristics of bridge cracks.Bridge concrete crack image pretreatment process specific method steps.(3)The crack detection algorithm based on seepage model is researched and improved.In this paper,the fractal detection algorithm based on seepage model is used to calculate the high complexity of the whole image.It is proposed that the local adaptive binarization method can be used to pre-select the pixel set in the seepage area to improve the algorithm,and accelerate the detection accuracy of the algorithm as far as possible Processing speed.After that,we use morphological closed-loop operations and circular features of connected domains to improve the accuracy of fracture extraction.(4)Measure the width of the crack.In this paper,based on the skeleton pixels extracted by Zhang Suen's skeleton extraction method,the width of cracks is measured by the method of calculating the crack width based on the angle template.Then,a method to calculate the width parameter of semi-automatic crack was developed based on 8-direction chain code and DFS.The average width and the maximum width of the selected local crack area were calculated.(5)Design and develop a bridge crack detection software based on bridge crack image acquisition system.The system for the import of single or multiple bridge crack images,using the method described in this article image processing,and output the corresponding information for the user reference.
