With the improvement of people's living standard,the number of vehicles keeps increasing in the whole country,and coming with all kinds of traffic accidents.The traffic accident analysis released by the national traffic management department shows that traffic violation behaviors account for a large proportion in all inducing factors of traffic accidents.Further technical analysis of these traffic violations is carried out,the most common of which include illegally parking,non-emergency occupancy of highway emergency lane,random change lane and so on.Behind a large number of traffic accidents,the "small violation" often leads to the phenomenon of "big accident",the main reason is the drivers' indifference to traffic safety consciousness.The harmfulness of traffic vehicle violation has not been fully recognized,resulting in frequent traffic accidents,especially serious traffic accidents may cause heavy property loss,casualties and seriously threaten citizens' travel safety.On the other hand,the state is strengthening the construction of the digital intelligent traffic monitoring system,and the traffic security monitoring system is an important part of the whole intelligent traffic monitoring system.Therefore,quickening the construction of traffic violation behavior system and speeding up the detection of traffic violation behavior have important practical application value and market prospect.This paper mainly applies computer vision processing technology,intelligent video analysis technology,digital image processing technology and other leading-edge technologies.Other related technologies include image processing technology,image segmentation technology,target detection and tracking technology,digital signal acquisition and processing technology.The monitoring system of vehicle violation behavior which can adapt to the monitoring of road traffic scene is studied.And the implementation scheme for detection and recognition of 3 kinds of vehicle violation behaviors including illegally parking,non-emergency occupancy of highway emergency lane and random change lane,which accounted for a relatively high traffic accident rate are researched and designed,based on that,the system development debugging and verification are carried out.(1)This paper optimizes the existing monitoring mode,and proposes an automatic storage and evidence monitoring system based on video streaming.The system mainly aims at the existing traffic surveillance mode,which uses video detection and automatic capture to monitor traffic scenes.The whole monitoring mode has a reaction snap link,and the whole capture link involves the issue,transmission and execution of a control signal,which requires a certain response time.Based on that,this paper proposes a video stream based automatic preservation and retrieval monitoring system.In practical application,it reduces the reaction capture link and reduces a lot of information transmission links,thus ensuring the stability and real-time performance of the whole monitoring system.(2)This paper proposes a method of geometric coordinate image segmentation which is able to freely divide the specific scene area of the traffic monitoring scene area when necessary.This method is mainly aimed at monitoring the emergency lane in the case of traffic violation and non-emergency,and the monitoring cameras are wide angle cameras,while in the actual monitoring scene,the angle deviation and the visual field adjustment are used to monitor the special area,this limits the range of monitoring to a certain extent and may cause a leak and false-detect.The advantages of this method are as follows: first,many useless image regions in video surveillance scene are removed by segmentation,and the amount of computation can be reduced when the subsequent related image pixel processing is processed.To a certain extent,the operation time of image information processing is saved and the real-time performance of the whole monitoring system is improved.Secondly,the image information of other vehicles in the non-special monitoring area is removed,and the accuracy of the system recognition is ensured when the vehicle license plate recognition is carried out in the later period.(3)In this paper,the detection and recognition implementation scheme of three common violation behaviors are optimized.Through the design and development of the monitoring software system,the related algorithm call and programming,using local monitoring video material,the effectiveness of the monitoring mode of the optimized design and the implementation of three common violation behavior detection schemes are verified practicality and effectiveness.Through the related test verification,good results are obtained,and the corresponding output results are summarized and analyzed.The results of the test results basically achieve the effect of the scheme design,and provide an optimized solution for real time traffic scene monitoring and vehicle violation behavior detection.
