| In present intelligence traffic systems (ITS) for traffic management, the function of auto-incident detection and image surveillance are isolated, which confine the detective capabilities of ITS. Aimed to enhance the auto-detective capabilities of ITS, a new function design and the ways of approaching are put forward, based on combining auto-incident detection to traffic affair with traffic image surveillance. This dissertation intend to introduce the method of vehicle detection, the system of image surveillance ,the mathematics of auto-incident detection to traffic affair (AID) and the method of determine traffic. Owing to the complexity and randomicity of the traffic condition, the ITS will determine the best running plans and modify them incessantly based on history data and the traffic condition of that moment. The new method has practical value in intelligence traffic field. |
