Research On The Relationship Between Enterprise Informationization Level And Technological Innovation Performance Based On The Value Chain

In the complex and changeable market competition environment,information has become more and more important in the enterprise.The rapid development of information technology has a great influence on the value activities of the enterprise.It has changed the mode of production and operation of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides an efficient platform for enterprise technology innovation.It can be seen that the application and development of information technology has become an important factor affecting enterprise innovation activities.So,in such a fierce competitive environment,how to effectively use information technology to improve the technological innovation performance of enterprises has become a common concern in enterprises and academia.The literature about the relationship between informatization and innovation has been abundant,but there is no consistent index for the measurement of informatization level,Most scholars measure from the overall perspective of the total investment in informationization or the index of informationization development,and do not discuss in depth the information technological innovation performance of different industries.Based on the value chain theory,First,discusses the impact of information technology on the enterprise value chain,Then,on the basis of the comprehensive scholars' achievements in value chain development and the requirements of the enterprise's real value chain,we reconstruct and integrate the value chain,It puts forward a complete value chain of purchasing informationization,product design informatization,manufacturing informatization,operation management informatization and marketing informatization,Finally,by using the data of balance panels from 90 listed companies in Zhejiang Province during 2013-2015,By using SPSS22.0 and STATA10.0,the author conducts descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,Through the theoretical discussion and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)For labor-intensive enterprises,although information-based investment in different value chain stages has a positive impact on technological innovation performance,this effect is not significant and generally has no substantive effect.(2)For both capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises,the two have both common attributes and different qualities.First of all,The common points are as follows.First,informational investment in the procurement and product design stages has a positive and significant impact on technological innovation performance,Second,the correlation coefficient between information-based investment and technological innovation performance in manufacturing stage is positive,but it is not significant.Second,the different characteristics of the two are as follows: For capital-intensive enterprises,the information-based investment in management and marketing stage has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance.While,For technology-intensive enterprises,in the management and market The informational investment in the marketing stage has no significant effect on the technological innovation performance.The conclusion of this paper has a certain guiding significance for Chinese enterprises to improve the performance of technology innovation through the choice of information investment.
