As digital multimedia technology and internet technology develop rapidly,new media technology has been widely applied.New media like Digital TV and elevator posters is threatening the development of traditional media.Meanwhile,many new media operating modes are combined with new media technology to define operating strategy and objectives,which has changed the structure of traditional media and realized both commercial profits and social benefits.However,due to questions like out-dated operating mode or technology solution,most new media technology can hardly give full play to their maximum values.This thesis,taking the project of an international media corporation in Beijing as the research background,designed a multi-media releasing system based on Android and Linux platform featuring accurate releasing and real time monitoring.According to the demand of the project,the system consists of three major parts: WEB-end management platform,terminal player and cloud server.WEB-end management platform is deployed and operating at the cloud server,while the terminal player and cloud server conduct communication and data transmission via HTTP Heart Beat.The management system could monitor the player,process media resources,make media playing plan,release content at real time or fixed point and collect data.The player terminal could play media content,realize terminal locating,forecast weather,reconnect to the internet,collect environment information and play data feedback.The cloud server could balance the allocation of the connection request of terminal,cache terminal data and thereby reduce the pressure of the server.The management system could process media resources and save them in media resource pool,make playing plan according to the data returned by terminal and release playing plan at fixed point according to the label attribute of the terminal.The management system is based on Linux platform,designed and developed by applying Django framework and Python language.The player,based on Android platform,is designed and developed with Java and Kotlin.The cloud server uses smooth weighted roll polling algorithm to realize load balance and uses Main Memory Data Base Redis to cache terminal data.After testing the system comprehensively,it is found that the system can realize all the functions normally with sound and stable performance.Currently,the system has been operating for the company for over a year,supporting the operation of over 10,000 terminals,fully confirming the social value and practical significance of the fixed-point releasing operating mode and technical solution designed for the system.
