The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office Collaborative Software For Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

With the use of 4G wireless network technology and the rapid popularization of the mobile intelligent terminals,mobile office has a good network environment and the development of equipment foundation,Mobile office is not only a good way to improve the work efficiency of enterprises,but also an effective measure to reduce the operation cost of enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises,urgently need a set of mobile office system,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of office problems in small and medium-sized enterprises,according to the survey results from user roles,business process,functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system demand analysis.Meanwhile,the design scheme of collaborative office software is developed.The combination of Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW)theory describes the detailed design of system from the system architecture,UML modeling,database design etc.And based on the MVC pattern and the J2 EE architecture,a collaborative office system r unning on mobile devices was implemented using Java,BootStrap,Java and WorkFlow technologies.Mainly geared to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises,the system is mainly composed of six modules,respectively is to enterprise's daily office,the meeting notice,collaborative management,transaction flow,document storage,manage system Settings and so on,in addition,this article introduces the ordinary employees,senior staff and administrators three roles is how to call each module to realize the collaborative office information management.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the system,a detailed test plan was developed and implemented.After functional testing and performance testing,the operation of the system reached the expected goal.The mobile cooperative office system designed in this paper has already been used practically by enterprises,through the survey of using the enterprise,the system transaction flowing function to eliminate the things the enterprise in the process of examination and approval process,in the case of a link long-term stagnation,shorten the time of examination and approval process,improve work efficiency.At the same time,the cooperative management module has effectively solved the problem of inter departmental coordination within the enterprise,and the frequency of communication between the upper and lower levels is not smooth and the feedback of the employees' work task is not timely,which makes the enterprise get a substantial improvement in the work efficiency.
