The photoelectric imaging equipment is mainly composed of two parts of the optical system and the imaging electronics system,and the key index of the photoelectric imaging equipment is the imaging quality.Modulation transfer function(MTF)is recognized by the industry as the most accurate and effective imaging quality evaluation method for optoelectronic imaging system.The traditional theory holds that the main link of the photoelectric imaging system to influence MTF is the optical system,so the MTF testing ability is built around the optical product.In recent years,with the rapid development of image sensor technology and the increasing demand for image quality,the influence of imaging electronic system performance on MTF can not be ignored.It is imperative to establish a perfect imaging electronic system MTF test capability.This paper focuses on the MTF testing technology and test system construction of the imaging electronics system.Around the detailed theoretical analysis of the error from contrast test imaging MTF,it is concluded that the alignment error,target processing error and algorithm are the main error sources,and finally determines the principle of the test system,as designing around error suppression and optimization.Around test requirements and error analysis,the detailed design of the test system is carried out.We adopt the phase position precision technology based on the optical magnification rate innovatively.Thus increase the accuracy of the phase alignment adjustment to 0.02 ?m,which effectively improves the repeatability precision of the system test.Detailed theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling are carried out from the "approximate error" produced by the contrast test theory.In addition,the compensation technology research is carried out,and the integrated sampling,integral and filling factor influencing factors have established a perfect algorithm compensation model.The effect of compensation algorithm from the filling factor is deeply analyzed,and the test system accuracy of test results is improved by algorithm compensation.
