| In recent years, people is higher and higher requirement for the quality of optical system imaging, optical system imaging quality evaluation have also been more and more attention. Among them, the optical transfer function(OTF) testing technology plays a very important position in the field of image quality assessment, and quite fruitful results have been achieved. In optical systems, the modulation transfer function(MTF) is recognized as one of the most effective and accurate methods to evaluate the imaging quality. MTF of the test technology has been widely used in the lens detection, image processing and optical system performance evaluation and other academic and engineering fields.In this paper, based on the further study of the theory of optical transfer function and the commonly used MTF test method on the basis of the combination of digital image processing technology, a kind of MTF test method based on image processing is adopted.The test method is based on the frequency of the output of the LCD screen can be adjusted to the grating image as the target, with CCD as the image acquisition device and computer to do image processing work, it can get the contrast of images under different ferquencies.Finally, the MTF curve of optical system is obtained. The MTF test platform is built, and the corresponding testing algorithm is developed. A series of tests and experiments are carried out to analyze the stability and validity of the test system, and to analyze and discuss the error and solution.The test results show that the test method used in this paper is very effective, it can reduce the test error, and the change trend of the MTF curves obtained by this paper is basically consistent with that of other methods. At the same time, it is proved that the test system has good stability and can well reflect the imaging performance of the optical system,and the MTF curves has a certain guiding significance for the evaluation of the imaging quality. |
