The special physical properties of semiconductor lasers decide that their requirements for power supply are strict,requiring high technical specifications and safety performance.High frequency pulse laser is widely used in the field of industrial laser processing,and high frequency pulse power is a very important means to realize the above technology.In this paper,in order to maintain the normal and efficient working state of the laser,designed a set of laser power supply circuit is given for the specific parameters to realize the load demand.It is found that there is a certain gap in the development of this power supplied in China and abroad,and the power supply products with perfect function in the market are foreign products of the same type.So designed a kind of high efficiency,low cost,good stability,safety,which is suitable for the work of the laser power supply is very valuable.This is a practical application significance to the research direction.In this article,we use a single chip,integrated chip control,power conversion circuit to make a reasonable design for laser power circuit.The design scheme is to use the power DC/DC integrated control chip,which can be produced by infineon,which adopts the sepic master topology structure circuit,and combines the real-time control of the single chip microcomputer to form a complete closed-loop control system.The circuit sampling in the design selects high-precision sampling resistance to obtain real time value of output,and then feedback to the control system to perform the analysis,so that real-time accurate control of the circuit can be achieved.Circuit design overvoltage protection monitoring circuit to increase the system security,finally realizes the target load laser tube to the requirement of the output power,to realize programmed control,meeting the required precision constant current source.According to the load parameter value and reasonable selection of the main components of the circuit,the designed laser power supply can meet the index requirement of normal and stable working load.
