The research of color space characteristics is an important topic in machine vision and image processing field,and it is also widely applied in the field of measurement.In recent years,with the rapid development of economic,lead to serious water pollution,and water quality detection plays an important role in the increasingly serious water pollution control and detection.Therefore,Color space characteristics and color analysis technology are used instead of spectrophotometer for water quality detection,which makes a significant contribution to water environment detection.Based on the current situation of water quality detection at home and abroad,a method of rapid detection of water quality by using ordinary camera instead of spectrophotometer was put forward.Through the color space feature extraction technology and color analysis technology,to achieve rapid detection of water quality.Then the algorithm of color space conversion and the characteristics of different color spaces were studied,a CMYK color space to Lab color space conversion model based on generalized regression neural network was proposed,it laid the foundation for the accurate conversion of image color space and can better apply color space characteristics to water quality detection.The main contributions of dissertation are as follows: 1.Based on the analysis of the current research status of water quality detection and the method of water quality detection,a water quality detection technology based on common camera was put forward.The Image processing technology and color analysis technology based on color space characteristics were applied to achieve the analysis and measurement of chromogenic solution.2.A measuring device based on ordinary computer camera was designed.The measuring device used the LED board as the light source,Firstly,the solution image was obtained by camera,and the average RGB value of the central region of the solution image was converted to the corresponding Lab value.Then the color difference of the value relative to the blank solution was calculated.Finally,the color difference values of a series of standard solutions were obtained,and the corresponding standard curve was obtained by fitting,which was used to measure the unknown concentration of solution.3.A software system based on Visual C++ was designed,which realized the color space conversion of the image from RGB to Lab,the measurement of color difference,the fitting of the standard curve and the measurement of the unknown solution.A constant light source circuit was designed to achieve the constant light intensity of backlight.4.The measuring device was applied to the measurement of nitrite,ammonia nitrogen,sulfide and phosphate in water,and compared with the standard method.The results showed that the measurement of chromatic aberration based on the ordinary camera was simple and easy to operate.5.Through the research and comparison of the application fields of color space conversion methods,a CMYK color space to Lab color space conversion model based on generalized regression neural network(GRNN)was proposed,and the model accuracy was evaluated,and laid the foundation for the next step to achieve the accurate conversion of image color space.
