With computer and image processing technology improving, the related technology has been more and more widely used in the area of our country's textile industry and greatly improved our country's textile industry.Currently, mixed fabric is an important kind of textile products which is widely used by the consumer. In order to manufacture the mixed fabric, we have to go through the following steps: color stain proofing, mix proofing, try spinning and weaving. It has a long test cycle and its quality depends on workers'experience. So it affects the production of the mixed fabric. The quick and accurate color measurement for the mixed fabric will play an active role in its production. Based on the research in the world in this area, the dissertation discusses the research of color measurement for the mixed fabric using the chromatic aberration and cluster algorithm technology based on the uniform color space CIELAB. The main contents and research contributions of the dissertation are as follows:(1)There is a lot of variegated color in the mixed fabric image due to intake of equipment, surrounding environment and the structure of mixed fabric weave. The existence of variegated color affects the color measurement for the mixed fabric. The mixed fabric image firstly be processed according to its inherent characteristics, which reduce the impact of variegated color in the color measurement.(2)Analyzing the different color space and the color parameter in these color space, researching the color parameter transformation relations in these color space, calculating the chromatic aberration in the uniform color space CIELAB.(3)Based on analysis of the principle and features of Artificial Immune Algorithm (AIA),the dissertation summarizes the shortcomings of Single Clonal Select Algorithm and gives a new improved algorithm called Memory and Multical Clonal Selection Algorithm. The main measures taken in this algorithm are: using float encode; many operator to be added; adjustment dynamically parameters; the entire group to be divided into three kinds of antibodies group according to the affinity, different group with different operator. The simulation results of the typical test functions show that it can reach global convergence.(4)Fuzzy c mean (FCM) clustering algorithm is improved and turned into fuzzy kernel level clustering algorithm. The main measures taken in this algorithm are: using the kernel function; the cut factor to be added; performance function to be optimized by Memory and Multical Clonal Selection Algorithm; the application of binary-tree split level clustering approach. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively overcome the lack of FCM algorithm.(5)At last, using the above research and methods to color measurement for the mixed fabric, obtaining the color parameters in color space CIELAB and color space CIERGB and analyzing the results.
