Design And Implementation Of High-value Medical Consumables Procurement Platform In Zhejiang

With the development of technology and the promotion of e-government office,the procurement of high-value medical consumables in our country has also stepped up informatization and publicity.And following the online procurement,price transparency and unified supervision,develops the centralized procurement of provinces(cities,districts)as the core.So far the market for "Lemons" effect in high-value medical consumables market is the problem of defective products expelling high-quality goods,which is caused by the unequal information between suppliers and hospitals.Therefore,it is necessity to provide a high-value medical consumables procurement platform to public,share and supervise between the hospitals,business and government.To address and resolve the issue,this dissertation studied the procurement of high-value medical consumables supplies in domestic and overseas,designed and implemented the high-value medical consumables procurement platform of Zhejiang,which offers:1.Through systematic demand analysis and design,developed the high-value medical consumables procurement platform which bases on information flow,capital flow and logistics of "three-in-one".The procurement platform includes functional modules of basic information management,bidding management,transaction management and supervision management.The basic information management provides point and manages basic information.The bidding management provides tender and quotation entry for manufacturers.The transaction management provides functions such as hospital order,suppliers and online settlement,etc.The supervision management provides statistics and analysis of procurement or distribution for the government.2.Through design and development the information transmission interface of procurement platform for hospitals,enterprises and other information systems,to provide standardized interface.Expand the scope of service,formation the sharing network of high-value medical consumables procurement information,to avoid the phenomenon of isolated information.In this paper,designed and implemented the high-value medical consumables procurement platform,which can provide great convenience for the hospital to share purchase price information and obtain order resources.It is of great significance to non-transparent prices of the high-value medical procurement.
