Research And Implementation Of Visitor Mobile Interconnected System

The management of visitors has always been an important part of the work in colleges,universities,governments,enterprises and public institutions,especially with the rapid development of the country's economy,there has been a huge population flow phenomenon in China,which was greatly affected by the social security.Due to crowded,schools serve as an indispensable management center of educating and cultivating,the safety management is becoming more and more necessary,but there are many shortcomings and loopholes in the traditional visitor management that can no longer meet the needs of the current school visitor management,which is urgently needed change.Visitor Mobile Interconnection System based on the survey of visitor management at the second middle school of Zheng Pu Port Campus of Ma'anshan City and contrasted to the product flaw and the insufficiency of existing visitor management systems industry,this paper designed a school and other industries can use the visitor mobile interconnection system at the same time.After analyzing the actual needs of the school,the paper decided to use.Net technology for development of system and C#programming language as the development language of system.The overall implementation of the technical solution used the MVC development model and the back-end management of EXTJS architecture,WeChat mobile terminal used Sencha touch architecture and application relational database Oracle.The entire system is divided into PC management and WeChat mobile terminal,while supporting multiple client networking work.The main functions of the visitor mobile interconnection system included in visitor management,visitor information management,visitor reservation,pushing of WeChat message,statistics of daily monthly report management,system management and other major functions.The system has a simple,efficient,easy-to-use interface with safe and stable operation.The system integrated the second generation ID card reader,a hardware encryption lock(password dog),a touch screen self-service terminal,a printer and other hardware devices,and achieved a convenient and efficient visitor registration operations,while the system can also query historical data and play a supporting role in management.It has brought great convenience to the visitor management of the school and satisfied the needs of the school visitor management.
