Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Hardware System Based On WeChat Platform

With development of the scientific and technological level and continuous improvement in quality of material life,people show increasing demands for intelligentization of the traditional equipment.Under the context of Internet of Things,the concept of intelligent hardware has received much concern.The intelligent hardware system collects data information mainly through the sensor,processes the data with the high-performance processor,and realizes the preset functions by making corresponding response in an optimized control method.With the continuous development of the intelligent hardware,more intelligent hardware will be fused into our life.Due to diversity of the operating system of mobile terminal equipment and barriers set by different manufacturers,the current situation is that each network intelligent product has its special APP,which will brings huge pressure to the intelligent terminal equipment and reduces safety of the mobile terminal.This project is mainly about how to create a WeChat public platform based communication mode of the intelligent hardware,characterized by multi-platform,easy implementation,stability and use convenience,etc.Considering some problems,like the need for access from the third-party server during development of the WeChat public platform needs,the high cost for setting up the server autonomously,and the demand for operation and maintenance in the later phase,this system selects the Sina cloud service platform which is inexpensive in price and stable in operation.This paper designs a WeChat platform based intelligent hardware system,and emphatically finishes setup of the software system platform and design of the hardware system.(1)Setup of the software system platform includes opening the WeChat subscription,renting Sina's SAE platform for code deployment,and starting the developer mode by configuring URL and Token on the WeChat public platform.This paper also establishes a data table in the MySQL database of the cloud platform,and completes code deployment of the cloud server,including message reply of the WeChat platform,storage and query of sensor information and state information,etc.,by aid of PHP scripting language.(2)The control chip of the intelligent hardware adopts the RL78/I1A series single chip microcomputer as the main processor,and designs the sensor module,including the temperature and humidity sensor,the photosensitive sensor,the human body sensor,etc.Furthermore,this paper also designs the network communication module,so the Wi-Fi wireless communication function can be realized.After testing and debugging,the sensor module can realize data collection,liquid crystal display of data,and query of status values of the sensors and the LED light through the WeChat platform.The photosensitive sensor and the human body sensor collect environmental data and make judgment,and then automatically conduct PWM dimming or execute opening and closing operation for the LED light.
