WebGIS(Web Geographic Information System)is the product of Internet technology applied to the development of GIS(Geographic Information System),and it is an important part of modern GIS technology.WebGIS can browse,query,edit and analyze spatial data on the Internet.It is an effective way to solve the sharing and interoperation of spatial data.WebGIS has broad application prospects in fields such as land survey,disaster monitoring,agriculture and animal husbandry,transportation,infrastructure management,urban construction and planning.With the continuous development of demand,more and more applications of WebGIS will be developed in various fields.In order to improve the development efficiency of WebGIS application system,we need to develop a basic WebGIS space information platform to facilitate the user to quickly develop the WebGIS application system that meets the needs of the business,thus shortening the development cycle and reducing the development cost.Therefore,this paper uses Arc GIS,REST,Redis,Python Web and Arc GIS Api for Javascript and other technologies to develop the basic geographic information platform.The platform is composed of the back-end management system and the front-end display system.The back-end management system provides a comprehensive basic information management,permission allocation,front-end system configuration and map basic configuration,map layer configuration and map toolbar configuration and other functions.The front-end display system is based on the back-end management system,which shows the configuration results of the back-end management system for the users.The platform allows users to create and re-develop WebGIS application systems through rapid configuration,which is scalable and practical.At the same time,the platform has the advantages of simple,efficient,low cost,distributed and cross platform.
