RFID technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology,its biggest advantages are fast scanning,moving object recognition and non-contact recognition.The emergence of RFID technology can be traced back to the 1930 s.After decades of continuous innovation and breakthroughs,radio frequency identification technology has penetrated into all aspects of society,life,military affairs,economic law and finance.The development of RFID technology has greatly accelerated the development of smart cards..Since the launch of the national “Golden Card Project” in 1993,after more than two decades of development,smart cards have gradually transitioned from the IC card era to the era of CPU smart cards.The application of contactless CPU smart card based on RFID has been applied to all aspects of life,ranging from city card,small personal credit card,which also contributed to the development of contactless CPU smart card reader terminal.Based on this,the purpose of this thesis is to design a reader terminal.The reader terminal can read and write non-contact CPU smart card,and it can communicate with the host computer,and contains good human-machine interaction functions such as LCD and keyboard.First of all,this thesis introduces the background and development status of the research,and analyzes the related technology of CPU card and the ISO14443 non-contact international standard protocol in detail.This thesis only based on Type A smart card to make a study.Secondly,the hardware circuit part of the system is designed in this thesis.First give the overall framework of the structure,and then select the STM32F103RBT6 excellent performance as the system's master chip,select RC632 as the system's RF transceiver chip.On this basis,design the corresponding control circuit,filter circuit and interface circuit.In the RF transceiver module,we design a radio frequency antenna most suitable for this system according to the related factors,such as impedance,gain,quality factor and other related factors.At the same time,we have also made the corresponding design for the communication module and the human-computer interaction module.Thirdly,the software part of the corresponding module is designed.In the process of CPU software design,the RR scheduling algorithm is adopted.In the RF transceiver module,On the basis of half duplex packet transmission in IOS14443 protocol,we first analyze the working mode of FIFO buffer,data link layer and application layer of chip physical layer,and design corresponding programs based on these three levels.In the part of the keyboard scanning,a method of scanning the keyboard based on the state machine is designed.Finally,the hardware and software parts are tested and debugged.After testing,each module of the system has achieved the expected goal,and can effectively read the contactless CPU smart card,which has certain practical value.
